Leonardo da Vinci's Horse
Leonardo's horse is a statue never completed by Leonardo Da Vinci. He could make only a model in clay, later destroyed. Since the 1970s a reproduction have been create. In September 1999 the horse was placed at the San Siro racecourse. It is the largest equestrian statue in the world (8 meters height).

Monumental Cemetery
Carlo Maciachini built the Monumental Cementery between 1863 and 1866 at Porta Volta. Important citizens were buried, such as Alessandro Manzoni, Arturo Toscanini, Francesco Hayez, Arrigo Boito, Salvatore Quasimodo, Carlo Cattaneo, Carlo Maciachini, Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, Amilcare Ponchielli.
