Ambrosiana Art Gallery
Founded in 1618 by Federico Borromeo it is the oldest museum in Milan. It contains important works as Raffaello's cartoon for "School of Athens" fresco, Caravaggio's "Basket of fruit", Botticelli's "Madonna del Padiglione", Leonardo da Vinci's "Portrait of a musician".

The Pinacoteca di Brera is located in the Brera Palace, in Via Brera 28. The Pinacoteca houses paintings by very famous artists such as Caravaggio, Correggio, Bellini, Bramante, Hayez, Mantegna, Piero della Francesca, Raffaello, Rembrandt, Tintoretto, Tiziano and many others.
